An original US WW11 M1C Airborne Paratrooper helmet 1944 specification, rear seam swivel bails,helmet is heat stamped putting it a 1944 production,liner is a Westinghouse and is complete and has a later war chin cup,original chopped cork finish as used in the Rhine crossing and operation Market Garden,This helmet is in excellent condition and has come from a private collection from which i have had helmets before,the helmet has also been checked by a number of collectors i know.this is a rare and true piece of history and would look great in a collection
